Outside of Home Ladder, life revolves around my biggest adventure, being a dad. My toddler keeps me moving, keeps me laughing, and is a daily reminder that patience and adaptability are valuable both at home and at work.
When I have a little free time, you’ll usually find me chasing the next challenge outdoors. I love riding mountain bike trails, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, and strength training.
I’m happiest when I’m learning something new, solving a problem, or pushing myself just a little further than yesterday.
