Found Home Ladder through a Google search and received a phone call immediately - Beth was very kind and we had a great chat about what the process would look like and the overall mission of their company. I really liked their focus on making the experience for owner and renter transparent and enjoyable. So far they are fulfilling that mission :) Jessica is our manager and has been amazing throughout the entire process of hiring contractors to help with updates and repairs - photographing the space for the listing and keeping us up to date every step of the way. We've been very happy with our experience so far. Within a few days of listing the property they secured a renter and finalized everything - and we didn't have to do a single thing 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 We've had great peace of mind and would recommend Home Ladder if youre looking for a property management company!Posted on Google![]()

Chandler has officially enacted a new ordinance aimed at reducing nuisance bird problems throughout the city. The new rules are designed to address situations where
After years of contraction, the Phoenix metro office market is finally stabilizing — and the Southeast Valley is leading the charge. Key Market Highlights Southeast
🏡 Sales Market Active Listings: 821 (+1.6% YoY)→ Inventory is still slightly higher than last year, but growth has slowed significantly compared to earlier months

Let’s talk about your long-term goals.
Chandler remained one of the stronger housing markets in the Phoenix Metro area in July.
Sales inventory continued to tighten, homes sold faster, and prices remained nearly unchanged from last year. The rental market looked even stronger, with significantly fewer available rentals, faster leasing, and rents returning to positive growth.
For Chandler property owners and investors, the market continues to show strong underlying demand.
Chandler’s sales market remains resilient despite higher borrowing costs.
Buyers have significantly fewer homes to choose from than they did last year, while prices have remained almost perfectly flat.
Homes are also selling faster, suggesting buyer demand remains healthy even with mortgage rates approaching 7%.
This is one of the more balanced combinations we see across the Valley: tighter inventory without aggressive price appreciation.
Chandler’s rental market is one of the strongest we track.
Available rental inventory has fallen dramatically, giving tenants fewer choices and landlords less competition.
Unlike several Valley markets where lower inventory has not translated into higher rents, Chandler is showing both rent growth and faster leasing.
For Chandler property management, this creates a favorable environment for landlords while still making accurate pricing important to minimize vacancy.
Chandler’s strong housing fundamentals are supported by one of the Valley’s largest employment centers.
We recently covered how the Southeast Valley is helping lead the Phoenix office market recovery, with Chandler benefiting from continued demand for high-quality office and employment space.
Technology and advanced manufacturing remain especially important. Intel’s Chandler operations continue to anchor the city’s semiconductor industry, and we previously covered Intel beginning production of its 18A semiconductor technology in Chandler.
A strong local employment base helps support both homebuyer and renter demand and is one reason Chandler continues to outperform many surrounding markets.
Chandler continues to stand out as one of the Valley’s more resilient real estate markets.
The sales market is healthy without being overheated, while rental fundamentals are increasingly landlord-friendly.
For rental property owners, the combination of limited available inventory, fast leasing, and modest rent growth creates one of the stronger environments among the markets we track.
